    There are 9526 permitted Marcellus gas wells in Pennsylvania. 7770 are horizontal wells, and approximately 4302 are being developed or have been drilled. In the last 14 days, 53 individual permitted wells have been approved, located on 24 Well Sites. The Well Sites are displayed in the tables below. The derrick image indicates well development has started, the dollar sign image indicates production reports, the trash can image indicates waste reports, and the red "no" image indicates violation reports.
